Your training does not need to be limited to within the gym or home. It can also be performed in the outdoors. Examples include jogs / runs around local parkland or road areas, where a training pace will be set for you to maintain, with challenges en-route.
Outdoor training is not only limited to jogging / running. It can also be combined with circuit training using nothing more than free space and your own body weight. Ben can also carry equipment such as boxing gloves and pads, and manipulate the surrounding environment for additional training, such as children's parks, etc.
Outdoor Training
Personal training can be provided at your own home. Depending on your training goals and requirements, you may need to own your own equipment to be trained on. These include free-weight dumbbells and a weight bench.
Strength training will require equipment such as dumbbells, however, there are other training methods which require no, or little equipment. These include circuit training and boxercise training.
Home training is only available in the immediate area of Ben Malton, which is the Bury area of North Manchester / Lancashire, depending on availability.
