Are you joining the British Military? Want to ensure you pass selection and become the fittest you can be ready for joining up? With previous experience training with the British Parachute Regiment, Ben will engage you in the very best of physical fitness training.

Whether its Army, Infantry, Navy, Air Force, Paras or Marine Commandos, Ben will prepare you physically for the challenges that lay ahead both in cardiovascular fitness and strength/endurance training.

You will have the option to undergo selection tests for your regiment / unit on a regular basis to see if you meet the physical requirements, and be trained on the most effective ways to achieve above those standards.

Military training is available for people of all fitness levels. Whether you are joining up, currently a serving or ex member of the military, or just want to experience what it is like training like the military do, why not come and give it ago.

Training can take place in the gym environment using a combination of weight training, cardiovascular endurance & speed work. It may also involve outdoor training in the form of challenging runs, often with obstacles (depending on location and availability) and bergen tabbing/yomping (fast walking/trekking with a backpack).
