Sessions usually last anything up to 30 minutes and cost £15 and include an optional food diary / dietary analysis if required.

Nutrition Counselling & Dietary Analysis

Nutrition plays a major role in our health and fitness goals. If we want to loose weight, we not only need to keep an eye on the types of foods we eat, but we also need to watch the overall quantity of foods we eat.

Equally, a bodybuilder must also be aware of what types of foods will are best for muscle growth and repair, such as proteins. Ideally a bodybuilder will need to know firstly how much protein they require on a day to day basis, how much they actually consume, the best sources of protein, etc.
