A healthy well balanced diet should be a part of everyone's lifestyle regardless of whether you want to get fitter, lose weight, build muscle, etc. Most of us simply don't get all the nutrition our bodies need to function properly on a cellular level, usually because we don't know how, or we can't find the time to prepare healthy balanced meals. Some of us simply don't know where to begin!

 

With the 12 weeks of nutrition coaching you will learn each week about a different nutrition topic sent via email, and keep in regular contact with your own Certified Personal Trainer.

 

Not only will you receive information on different nutrition topics each week, but you will also be set simple yet effective tasks to complete each week, usually in the form of making small adjustments to your current eating habits.

 

For example, in Week 1 I will talk you through Protein. You will learn in simple terms, what Protein actually is, and how getting the right amounts of protein will benefit you and better help you achieve your goals. You will also learn how much protein you should be consuming each day and what foods contain the best sources of protein.

 

I have created the layout of the nutrition coaching so that it is simple and straight to the point. What is Protein? How will it benefit you?........and what do you need to do to apply it to your current diet and eating habits. This will make your nutrition coaching emails quick to read and easy to understand and apply.

 

For anyone wanting to really learn more about each week's topic, you will also have the option to download more detailed notes on each weeks topic (recommended reading). Here I will also include documents I may recommend you take a look at.

 

To get started with your Nutrition Coaching, all you need to do is either order the Nutrition Coaching using the payment link below. The nutrition coaching will be emailed to the email address you use to pay with. Or I can email to an alternative email of your choice.

 

You will also receive as much support as you require via email, so feel free to ask as many questions as you need too, and I will help, support and encourage you throughout your nutrition coaching.
