FREE Trial Personal Training Session

Personal Training sessions will typically last for around 1 hour. Once you have been shown how to warm up correctly, you can either do this before your session or have a Personal Trainer help you warm up correctly.

Each session is designed based on your specific goals and requirements. A core stability session for example will be different to a weight loss or bodybuilding session. There will also be regular fitness assessments and body composition (bodyfat) checks to ensure you are constantly achieving results.

Personal Training is suitable for anyone, whether your 18 or 80, male or female, the fittest athlete in your sport, or completely new to exercise with a low level of fitness.
