Through a combination of aerobic and anaerobic  energy systems with the recruitment of both fast twitch and slow twitch muscle  fibres, Boxercise can ensure a diverse workout, as well as developing and enhancing  your sport senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise,  whether enjoyed 121 or as part of a class is always fun, energetic and addictive.  Boxercise is available in any environment including the gym, home, work place and  outdoors. It is suitable for all fitness levels, from the complete beginner to the  advanced boxercise candidate. Anyone can engage in this highly energetic form of  exercise.  Sessions vary in intensity depending on your fitness level, and can last either 30 or 60  minutes in total.
