Food Diary Analysis
What is a Dietary Analysis?  This is by far one of the most effective methods of improving your nutritional intake.  Over the course of either 3 or 7 days you will fill out a food diary containing all of  the foods and fluids you consume within that period. What you eat and drink should  reflect your typical day to day eating habits, so be sure not to change what you  usually and eat and drink.  A food diary has two main purposes. Firstly, and most importantly, it allows me as  your Nutritionist to find out what foods and drinks you consume are healthy and  good, and to identify those which could be holding you back or causing you problems.   Secondly, it allows you to realise just what you  consume. As odd as this may sound, often you  won’t realise just what you eat and drink on a  regular basis until you see it written on paper. How to get started...  Contact me today and I will email you full instructions on how to get started, along  with the sheets you need to fill out. If you don’t have a printer at home, let me know  and I can provide these sheets for you. Once you have filled out these sheets, you  just need to bring them with you to your next PT session or Nutrition consultation and  we will go through them. This service is also available online - ask for details.
